We are committed to expand our team of specialists with new qualified employees and educate ongoing junior specialists in tailor training programs. weba gives you the opportunity to learn the profession of a toolmaking technician or a machining technician. The traineeship period is 3,5 years. It is a dual education system, which means that you will mutually be trained in the vocational school and in our manufacture shop. On the one hand, this will equip you with the theoretical know-how, and on the other hand you will learn the practical skills you need in your job. The traineeship ends with a final traineeship examination. The assembly assignments at home and abroad are a welcome change for the trainees. weba attaches great importance especially to teamwork and strong solidarity. Good work performance is rewarded with e.g. bonus payments or language weeks and many other benefits.
